Remarkable Customer Service from Dogtra

My Dogtra electronic collar was broken and at first it was because the batteries were discharged. So I recharged my battery and even asked my neighbor to try them on his Dogtra unit and it worked perfectly fine. That’s when I knew that batteries weren’t the problem and that I had to send my Dogtra unit for repair. I then filled up a Service Request Form, and I took great lengths to fully specify the circumstances of the problem. I sent it to Dogtra and it came back to me even before three days have passed. That was very satisfactory indeed which made me love my Dogtra unit even more. I will definitely recommend this to all of my buddies. They should have the same great service from a reliable company like Dogtra.
